landlord tennant with partnership

the landlord of our business also baught into the business a 1/4 share about a year ago. after getting behind he is trying to evict us and take the business. since he is a partner, can we force a buyout? if not iare there any other options, we have unsucessfully tried to sell.

You need to either mediate this or hire an attorney. He is in a sense trying to sue/ evict himself.

If you do not have a written partnership agreement that deals with this issue, you will need to consult with an attorney or research Michigan's partnership act.
