Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Landlord being unfair

We live in HUD housing. Seniors have their own building. They are allowed to have pets with a fee of $300.00 deposit. They will not allow any other tenants to have a small lap dog or cat. I feel we are being discriminated against. Is this discrimination against other tenants?

No, our Constitution does not protect pet owners or pet lovers.
