Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

My Mom has allowed my nephew, his wife, and son to stay with her while they are trying to get back on their feet. They have only been there for about 3 months. This past week my sister's husband beat her up and was arrested on DV. My nephew and his wife bonded him out and is letting him stay at my Mom's. She does not want him there but my nephew says he can since he is also a resident there. How can my Mom get rid of my sister's soon to be ex husband?
