Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
I recently had surgery and could not pay my rent my landlord ahs given me seven days to move I have not saved any money and have three children it is also three weeks before christmas if I make a court date will this give me some time to find a new place to live what are my rights as a renter in michigan
