Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

tenets

This is a general question: In your knowlege of dealing with landlords

and tenants..the question is this ...situation , a person or landlord has a problem with tenants

..causing damage to the premises, behind in the rent for along period of time ...the tenant is married, and has children ..say several, the landlord says I want you out,and pay me your back rent..They say no..

here is the question...would it be harder to evict them if they had no children , or having children ..it is going to take alot longer because they have children, to have them evicted? ''I say , it is going to take longer because they have children''

I await your answer ...and I thank you so very much..for it!

Re: tenets

Landlord/tenant law applies equally to families with and without children. Children are not a factor when it comes to eviction.
