If you are pre checking ID's and using wristbands as a sign or minor or over 21, Must you ID everyone eeven when obviously over 40???

The answer depends on the context. If this is a "nightclub" they can do whatever they want to ID patrons to make sure that minors are not served. Ditto, If it is a store selling liquor, it can ID anyone they want. You do not have "special" rights to avoid providing age ID just because you are over 40.

On the other hand, if you are being singled out for disparate treatment, based on being an "older" person, this is a different story. As in, being excluded from a place of public accomodation because you are too old.
