I am someones payee and she stole money from me if i was to take my money back out of her ssi check will i get into legal trouble

I think you are heading for trouble if you take your money directly out of the Social Security check. The better way is to sue, get a judgment and then get a court order allowing the funds to come from the Social Security. You may be able to garnish the Social Security check.
