Is there a statute of limitatons for suing a hospital for an airborne infection that affectd a patient postsurgery?

Generally speaking, the time limit is two years from the date the malpractice occurred. There are a few exceptions. Consult with a malpractice attorney for particulars.

2 years from the date of the surgery. These are almost impossible cases. William S. Stern
