My daughter was hit by a car while riding her bicycle two years ago. I never pusued legal action, is it too late now? Is there a time limit and if so what is it?

There are time limits in every state. Generally the time limit for a minor is longer. Sometimes the time limit does not begin to run until the person turns 18.

This is different in every state and you need to call a MI lawyer to find out the answer. You should do it immediately so you don't find out late that you waited to long.
