In Michigan, many cases will require extensive medical treatment and the injured victim may require rehabilitation and other treatments in order to try to resolve the injury. In other more severe cases, the injured will never return to the condition they had enjoyed before being injured through negligence, and when this is the case, the claim for compensation will be very high value. As the individual is likely no longer going to be able to have the profession they once had, such as in cases of brain damage, spinal injuries, loss of limb, loss of hearing or eyesight, the financial losses as well as loss of enjoyment of life must all be fully addressed.

We take our cases personally and our clients are important to us. We are responsive and will always keep our client apprised of the progress of the case. The resolution of a claim or lawsuit for compensation may vary in the length of time to bring to an end, but every effort will be made to move the case forward quickly, but a fast and low settlement is not acceptable. If we must fight for what is right, we are prepared to go to battle in court on behalf of our client. We realize the importance of the outcome of the case to the injured and their families and always have the best interests of our client as the most important concern.
