Can My asbestos lawsuit att agree to a settlement release that has written into it . this amount reflects consideration both for all present occupationl injuries,conditions,or deases,as well as for the risk of any such future injuries,conditions or deases when im still employed and off injured with a knee injury he was made aware of ,that will lead to another lawsuit.

You have good intuition. It does not seem that this would be an appropriate clause to include under the circumstances. Your knee issue should be specifically excluded. However, since I do not have all the facts and information, it is difficult to say for certain. You should not sign anything that you are uncomfortable with.
