Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I have a completely fenced back yard that my dog has free rein to run around in. If kids climb my fence, which has a "Beware of Dog" sign, and the dog bites them, am I responsible?

Likely not. Tresspassers don't have much protection in Michigan. You will still be covered in the event you are sued if something happens. Just keep the gate closed. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
