False Light?
A mystery shopper came into our place of business and recorded our employee making a sale. Our employee didn't do so well with the sale. The video of the bad sale was shown at a franchise meeting in front of hundreds of people with our business address and the sale being shown without our permission or the permission of our employee. We found out because a relative in Chicago saw the video and notified us. Think we have a case?

Any case would boil down to the falsity of the information - whether the information is substantially accurate / materially false or was there embellishment?
Difficult to say without knowing more.
