Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I was at a gather and were where drinking. The neighbor at this place had built a fire and later that night, they offered that i stay in their camper in the back yard. The fire was "out". as we are walking at 2 am i pick the person up and wee fell on the ground. That Person (homeowner) got burnt. Am I legally responsible for their Medical bills? Can they come after me for any other legal issue as well?

If someone got burned, the fire wasn't out. Your liability depends on the facts surrounding your actions, as well as all other parties involved. You need a torts liability attorney.
