Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

i was misrepresented by a lawyer in an accident claim.the case was thrown out and i was not told this until 2-3 months after the time that i could appeal.i sued my lawyer for malpractice and won the case.my question is can i go back and have my accident claim reinstated???

Yes, if the statute of limitations hasn't run out. If it has, you can still show that your delay was due to the malpractice of your lawyer. You need to move quickly.
