My father died with a will and it is my mother's name is entitled as a beneficiary in the will. but my mother also passed away . I am the only son, can I claim my father unclaimed property?

It's not unclaimed property but slings to the last survivor between your parents. You will need to probate their estate to obtain a deed to the property. Contact my office to discuss further.
