My house was built in 2001
My basement came with a 10 yr guarantee (Waterproofing)
I had it fixed (warranty repair) around 6 times
It is still leaking and now both my builder (Crosswinds) and the Waterproofing Company (Perma-Bond) (they were related) are out of business, am I just sol?
