Quit Claims

I am selling my house and my three kids are also listed as owners .Will we all have to sign a quit claim form???

Normally when one sells a house, ownership transfers with the seller giving the buyer a warranty deed, not a quit claim deed. All persons listed on the present deed will need to sign documents to transfer 100% ownership to the new buyers under most circumstances. I recommend that you have an attorney review your documents prior to closing in order to avoid potential future problems.
