Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
We are selling a house in Michigan on a land contract. The person buying the house was recently convicted of tax evasion. They still owe a substantial amount on the house. Can the government seize our property because these people have some money in it? His wife was not arrested and is planning to stay.
