Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan
sexual harassment training laws
I would likt to know what Michigan laws require as far as training for employees of a business employing over 100 people. What required training do we need to offer/provide to our employees? When was the last time these law(s) were revised etc.

No specific training is mandated by law.

You're thinking of compliance with affirmative action plans if you are a government contractor.
There are no state laws requiring sexual harassment training.
