Can cell phone companies call people in your phone records?
My cell phone company needed to get ahold of me about a past due balance of $18 that was only three days past due. They left me a voicemail and then went through my phone records and called four people that I call most and told them they needed to have them get ahold of me ASAP so I could get in touch with the phone company. Can they do this legally?
