DWLS is a traffic misdemeanor and is a criminal (jailable) offense. It also has drivers license remifications, especially if you have prior DWLS convictions. Our firm handles these matters routinely. Feel free to contact Attorneys of Michigan, at 248.865.4700 or toll free at 888.4TixFix. Ask for attorney Dan Hajji. Most of the time we get a DWLS reduced to an offense that carries ZERO points and no drivers license sanctions. Note: Under no circumstances, please do not go to court and plead guilty without first retaining or consulting an attorney. Best of Luck.
