Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Driving without a license

I received a misdemeanor for driving

without a license. It was at home,

and I had no past offenses under my

name. It was an Ohio license, and

when the cop searched for my name,

he couldn't find me (because Ohio

blocks this information to other

states) so he took me under custody.

Once we got to the police station, he

finally found who I was and released

me with a misdemeanor for driving

without opps. Is there anything I

can do about this?

Re: Driving without a license

Do you have a valid Ohio license? If so, that makes a big difference. Otherwise it is a misdemeanor of which you should be represented by competent local counsel. Visit me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
