Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

My past driving record is keeping me from a job I was offered and I'm looking for some advice how to approach mending the situation.

I have 7 moving violations in the last 5 years (virtually all speeding tickets) in different cities and I need 2 of them to be changed to a non-moving violation.

I hired a lawyer previously and he was able to change one of the past tickets to an impeding traffic which worked. I was just misinformed by someone from the company I sought to be employed by that the one that I was able to remove/change was sufficient which it wasn't.

So if I can get 2 moving violation changed to a non-moving violations I'll be qualified. My question is, what is exactly the process to go through to do such a thing? Where and what sort of applications would I have to fill out? Since technically you can't expunge things on your driving record in Michigan, although changing a speeding ticket to an impeding traffic will work in my case.

Best bet is to talk to attorneys who are very familiar with your court, judge and prosecutor to get m moving on these, if it is at all possible.
