Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Requesting court documents and arrest records
I would like to know how to request all court and police documents pertaining to a reckless driving case where I am representing myself at a jury trial.

Ask the judge for a discovery order. Then serve the order on the police department that arrested you. Why are you doing this alone? You will drive the judge crazy because I'm assuming you do not know the Michigan Court Rules nor the Michigan Rules of Evidence. The jury will hold that against you. Good luck.
