Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Wreckless Driving

I was driving during bad weather conditions and slid off road onto medium. I left the scene to go to friends to get help and by the time I got back the vehicle was gone. They gave me a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident at first. Now they are changing it to wreckless driving. No other vehicles were involved. The road was icy and that is why I lost control and went onto medium. Can I fight this?

Re: Wreckless Driving

Yes and you should. Reckless driving is a misdemeanor that carries 6 points on your driver's license. You need an experienced attorney to assist you in this matter, such as myself.
