Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I already asked but I missed a detail

My husband is in the military and going to Irac. I want to make sure I am covered in case something happends. The trust says that we cant spilt or do anything with the land before his brother turns 30. But, my husbands benifitarys paper says that anything with his name on it now or in the future will go to me. We also have a baby. Right now we have been living/fixing up my husbands grandparents farm house for 3 years. There is 40 acers that is owned by all 4 siblings. So he owns 1/4th of it in 7 years. His mom is the administrator. Am i going to get his portion of the land as his benifitiary or am I going to be thrown to the curb with no where to live. I have never seen a copy of the trust. I have only talked to his mom about it. Should I talk to a lawyer before my husband leaves or am I covered by his benifitiary papers?

You should consult with an attorney who can review the documents.
