My Aunt and Partner have been together for 30 years. My Aunt passed away. Before she passed she left My Aunt Kathy in charge of money and stuff. My Aunt Mary partner still lives in the home they shared and Aunt Kathy is going through everything and not asking if Aunt Mary partner wants anything eventhough she said she would take care of her partner. Does My Aunt Mary's Partner have any rights whats so ever?
