Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

copy of will

I can't find the orginal will for my grandmother. I do have copies of it. Is the copy acceptable for filing with the court?

you would need to move the court for admission of a lost or destroyed will. Without objection of other heirs, it would be easy. If there is objection, you need other evidence to prove it wasn't revoked. Visit me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
