Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

estate

My Uncle died last month. My parents and him lived in the same house. In the deed to the house it was jt ten wros (w/right of survivorship). My cousins need to get his possessions out of the house. they are stalling, what are my parents legal rights regarding my uncles possessions? they want them out of the house so they can go on with their lives. They gave 4 weeks already, will they be legally charged if they dispose or sell any of the items?

Re: estate

These people are family,--surely the memory of the Uncle deserves a little better.

Contact Wayne Mediation Center and sit down with a neutral person to help work this out. Disposing of someone's property is pretty final and could open them up to liability.
