Executor Fees

Is there a set amount that executors can claim on an estate? I have been told two different things--10%, and a reasonable hourly rate.

Re: Executor Fees

The Personal Representative is entitled to a "reasonable fee". That, of course, varies from case to case. If you need further assistance feel free to contact me or my associate, Karen Crusse. We are located in Oakland County and service southeast Michigan. John C. Talpos (http://www.Mich-Lawyer.com)
