Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Family Wills

I had an aunt die in February, and she made my dads sis the executer and she will not she my father a copy of the will and she is trying to sell items before the will has been read by my father and my other uncle. We know for a fact that my father has inherited my aunts property and she is trying to tell my dad that if anything happens to him that he will have to will it to her instead od his wife and children. Can my aunt change things on my other aunts will.

Re: Family Wills

No one can change someone else's will. You really need to have a competent attorney review these issues and act on your dad's behalf.
