Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My father died in Michigan. We were told his houses were jointly in the name of my stepbrother. Does his personal property (and cars) that was in one of the houses go to him also, or are we, his biological children entitled to them jointly?

Your stepbrother is only entitled to the house, not the contents that are your father's, unless there is a will that directs otherwise. Please contact me to discuss in more detail @ [email protected] or 888-988-5297(LAWS)
