Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My father passed away 7 yrs ago, we never set up a trust and there was no will. We just recently found out that there is an unclaimed life insurance policy. The problem is when my father passed away he was 2 wks away from having his divorce finalized. So my question is she(stepmom) legally entitled to the money?
