My grandfather's name is Nute Hailey father Nathaniel Hailey mother Eloise Hailey-Peppins. Grandfather died I believe in 2006. Father passed in May 1983. Mother still living. The estate for my grandfather was settled in 2006. My aunt wants my mother to sign for her to be head of my grandfather's estate.Its suppose to bea insurance policy. Why does she need to bein head? She just has to give the insurance policy to the company and they do the rest. I need help asap. My mother is very sick an not sure how long she has she's 80 yrs old
