i inheirated 20% of my mothers house when she died, the others want to sell the house and i dont, can i stop the sale.

You may be able to stop the sale but you'd need real good reasons. Otherwise, the court may figure that if the house is sold, you won't be harmed anyway because you'll get your money out of it. Bill Stern
