what are the duties and obligations of a legal guardian for an adult incapacitated person.

It is laid out clearly on the letters of guardianship the guardian received from the court. Mainly, visit thye ward at least once every 3 months and file an annual report with the probate court. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
