Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Michigan Probate: I am the court appointed personal representative for my parents per both their wills. Will states full rights to survivorship. When the deed is transferred, will my other 2 brothers and sister be listed on the will or will it just be me, with them as full rights to survivor? Will it be a deed bearing all 4 names or will the deed pass on to the next survivor?

Without actually seeing the Will in question it is impossible to provide answers to your questions. I recommend you talk with your parents' lawyer if he or she will talk with you and ask your questions. If the lawyer will not talk with you, then take the Will to an attorney and get an opinion. Without seeing the actual document(s) it is impossible to speculate what they could mean or how the estate is intended to be divided.
