Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My mother died in debt and without a will. She also left behind a derelict house in a bad neighborhood in Battle Creek Michigan. I have grown up with only two other siblings, then recently found out that I have an older half sister that had never made contact with me and my other two siblings until after the death of my mother. In addition my mother died with boat loads of debts to credit card companies, because my name is similar to hers, I am getting all of her mail and calls as if I was her. I do not know what to do. The house is barely worth anything, requires major repairs as well as outstanding costs owed to the city but no mortgage. None of my siblings or my new found half sister have money to deal with this property. We all live several state away from this property so do not have physical access to it. Personally I'd like to donate it or get rid of it quickly, where at first I was hopeing to recover something from its sale to help pay for my mother's funeral expenses. What actions should I take that are not costly and am I liable for my mothers outstanding debts and this derelict costly property if I just do nothing? Please help and thank you.
