Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My mother died and left a will naming one of her children the executor. She has a house which is paid for and her will states it is to be equally divided between her children. Problem is children can not agree on selling price. Some want to hold out for more money. Can the executor decide? If not who?
