My mother passed away in March of 2013. I am starting to get all kinds of medical bills in the mail.Although they are small and we are able to pay them. I was just wondering if I or my siblings are responsible for any of these debts?

Absolutely NOT! Do not pay any bills that are in her name only unless one of you guaranteed payment. I would be happy to discuss this with you further. Tim Klisz
