Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Probate - Fiduciary

Last year the probate court was

attempting to contact me but was

mailing the letters to the wrong

address. They clamed to have sent

multiple letters but I had moved from

that address years ago. They wanted

me to file an account for money that

my daughter received in a lawsuit.

Since they couldnt get ahold of my,

my fidudiary powers were suspended

and the powers were appointed to a

local attourney. Well now, a year

later, this same attourney has failed

fo file an account and I got a notice

stating that his powers were

suspended. Now would this give me

the opportunity to step in to gain my

fiduciary powers back to handle my

daughters money?

Re: Probate - Fiduciary

yes, you as parent can always repetition the court to bring you back as conservator. You will have an uphill battle because of your suspension, but should be ok. If you would like representation in this matter, contact me at www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
