Uncle not doing job 60,000.00 not disbursed
my uncle is the executioner of my grandmother's will it has been 2 years since it could of come out of probate and he still has'nt done anything i talked to the probate attorney he said he doesn't know why he hasn't closed it out nobody is contesting the will.I have a copy of the will i have called and written my uncle and he still hasn't contacted me. I need to know what to do now how can i get this closed and the money split?

You can petition the court to have your uncle removed as personal rep. of the estate. You have multiple reasons, has not disbursed, has not closed estate, and not responsive to heirs requests. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.

Hire an attorney, have your uncle removed as personal representative and close the estate yourself. Once you become personal representative, your attorney fees for the closing of the estate will come from the estate.
