Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

I am 21 years old, about 3 years ago (when i was 18) I was hurt at work. My right thumb was almost completely torn off, it was hanging by a little skin. The joint was completely shattered and has been wired together. I do not have movement in the joint that is wired. I collected worker comp benefits while I was going through surgery, rehab etc. I am just wondering if I will be able to collect a settlement for any future surgeries, to fuse the bones together, remove bone fragments and so on. And if I can get a settlement about how much would this type of case bring?
