Case number.

I would like to know where I get my case # from or who to contact to get this info.

The only way that you would be known to the Bureau of Workers Compensation is if some employer has filed a paper indicating a job related injury or you have filed a petition. If you have or need to file a petition, I urge you to see a lawyer specializing in workers compensation. Cases are tracked by the employees social security number. There are no case numbers other than the soc. security number.
