Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

i paid to have a question answered, i paid 39.95 and that was on 11/23/2011, today is the 26th the money was takin out of my acount, it was'nt to be takin till i recived an answer, i see alot of other questions have been but not mine and money is gone,
