In Michigan, your fact situation creates the possibility of your being entitled to a lot more than just workers' compensation. You may be entitled to Michigan no-fault benefits (higher rate than workers' comp) and you may be entitled to sue the person who caused the accident (unless you were at fault-your question doesn't provide accident details). I need more information to properly advise you. Give me a call, toll free, 1-877-377-7848 and we can discuss this further with no obligation.
