If your place of employment does not allow these type of phone cals then you should inform the debt collector (put it in writing). If the calls continue your rights may be violated.

You should contact a consumer attorney to discuss your specific situation. Our firm handles these type of issues and we would be more than happy to discuss your situation during a free consultation. Visit us at www.mincal.com or call at 952-314-1400.
