Legal Question in Disability Law in Minnesota

discrimination

I got discriminated by a company six years ago and took them to

court. It got thrown out right be-

fore going to trial almost a year after going through all of the pro-

ceedings. Many people say that I

dealt with a little controversy in

this case and that this company

got away with something.Because

I was born handicapped, I did not

fit in. They gave me a stellar work

evaluation and I only missed a few

days in three months due to appoi-

ntments. I tried everything I could

think of to redeem this injustice, but to no avail, so now I am asking your team of lawyers. I am in desperate need of a goverment

grant, but getting ths injustice ov-

erturned would be better because this is a billion dollar company. This

company has a history of going through people and hiring drunks

and people on drugs. Since I do not

do either, I was by far their cleanest and most reliable workers.

Please advise if anything can be done.

Re: discrimination

Eh...your case was thrown out. That means the court has already decided you didn't HAVE a case.

You don't need a government grant, you need to move on with your life.
