Legal Question in Disability Law in Minnesota

Penalized in work

I am being penalized in work because when I go for Cancer treatment and have not the necessary time accumulated, eg. vacation, sick, I receive occurrences which can go against my record. Is there laws against this?

There might be violation of the ADA or the Family Medical Leave Act. Have you worked for your employer for more than one year? Are you able to perform your job with certain accommodations that your employer refuses to make?
